Cheese Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery

We take great care to ensure your cheese arrives in peak condition.

• Shipping Rates: Standard delivery is £5.00, or FREE on orders over £60. This Applies to most areas of the UK mainland however areas outside of the standard rate will be contacted to discuss shipping options/prices.
• Courier: We use specialized overnight couriers to minimize time in transit.
• Dispatch Schedule: To avoid weekend delays, we dispatch Tuesdays through  Thursday. Orders placed after 12pm on Thursday will be shipped the      following Monday.
• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel leaves our Store.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, your satisfaction is our priority:

• Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue.
• Quality Guarantee: If you believe a product is not of the quality expected, get in touch and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. Due to the nature of artisan cheese it can vary season to season, and at times may not be available we reserve the right to substitute with another cheese that we believe best matches your choice. 
• Cancellations: You      can cancel or amend your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled dispatch date
